INVIDA

INVIDA is our computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system. The software enables facility managers to plan, execute and monitor all activities involved in reactive and planned maintenance, compliance, space and asset management. It also gives staff the capability to be able to log issues and complete jobs via the Resolve mobile app.
The system holds our Asset Register, which identifies and records the building assets that exist on our estate. Every University building is different and this software helps us to capture an accurate digital record of each building’s assets. This helps us and our customers understand the differing needs for each building and department. INVIDA helps us to work with building managers to create bespoke Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) plans to keep our buildings operating efficiently.
Who uses the system and how to access it?
A wide range of users use the system including maintenance and compliance teams, health and safety, building and facility managers within various departments across the University. User accounts are set up by the INVIDA support team.
