Origination can take the form of hard copy or digital files, preferably pdf files but we can also print from most image file types and MS Office. Digital files up to 20mb can be sent via email larger files can be shared via OneDrive or brought in on USB.

Business Cards

We setup and print business cards in the University house style. We can also print your own designs in full bleed on 400gsm card, single or double sided and can layout non University business cards for an additional charge.  Our standard cards 85 x 55mm and the minimum order is 100 cards.

• House style Business Cards (inc. £5 setup fee): £12.50 for 100
• Additional cards: £7.50 per 100
• Double-sided business cards: £10.00 per 100

• Folding: We can fold A4 and A3 paper/card in a variety of ways to produce booklets, leaflets, and cards. We have the facility to fold all sizes from A5 to A3 paper/card in various ways, i.e. Z fold, C Fold.
• Cutting: We can guillotine paper/card to a variety of sizes.
• Hole punching: We can hole punch A4 documents with 2, 3, or 4 holes.

Saddle Stitching

We can fold and staple up to 44 sheets of 80gsm paper with a square spine, to form an 176 page booklet from A6 up to A4 size.

Perfect Binding

With a glued spine and wrap around cover, perfect bound booklets give a professional finish. Our perfect bound booklets can hold an incredible 800 printed pages (400 sheets of 80gsm paper) and we can bind a variety of sizes from A6 Landscape up to A3 Landscape.

Thermal Binding

Available in A4 & A5 in three sizes, up to 300 sheets 80gsm. Various colours available, please contact us for details.

We need full information on who will be paying to make sure all invoices are processed correctly.

For internal Divisions, Departments etc we require a copy of a purchase order or your department code. University of Cambridge College staff can be invoiced via their College. For external organisations, students, societies or individuals payment is due on collection by card.

The University Messenger Service deliver to many University sites on different days of the week, please contact them to confirm if you're on an existing route before requesting delivery via this service. For bulk orders FM Logistics provide a paid delivery service within Cambridge, please contact them for more details and to arrange a collection after we have confirmed the printing has been completed.
