Asbestos
The Estates Division Asbestos Team is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. This includes maintaining the Asbestos Registers and delivering a structured programme of asbestos surveys, reinspections, remedial works, and safe disposal. We also offer information and guidance to anyone planning work that may affect the fabric of a building, and work closely with all departments to support their internal safety procedures.
