AV support

As part of our service, our experienced AV technicians provide comprehensive technical support for teaching, events, equipment hire, and one-to-one training.

Lecture theatre AV training

Support is available to all faculty, staff, and students. Our team can guide you through the operation of the AV systems installed in the University’s centrally managed lecture theatres.

Event support

When hosting an event in one of our supported spaces, we can assist with live streaming, vision mixing, and live audio mixing.

Please note: live streaming is currently available only for events held in Babbage Lecture Theatre and Lady Mitchell Hall. Further details can be found in our AV Production section (charges apply).

1:1 training

If you are hiring equipment from our store and require assistance, our technicians can provide one-to-one training to ensure you make the most effective use of the equipment.

We are also available to offer training and support for users who are unfamiliar with AV systems or are experiencing technical difficulties in lecture theatres.
