The AV Services team provides a small hire stock of audio and video equipment for use in university and college premises. Equipment packages are available for complete set-ups depending on your requirements.

Creative lighting and more

  • Equipment is fully PAT tested by our qualified staff
  • Customers can collect equipment from our store in central Cambridge and return at the end of the hire period with no additional fees
  • Equipment is available for 1-day hire, weekend (collect on Friday and return Monday) or week-long hire (collect any weekday and return within 7 days)
  • We are happy to show customers how to set up and operate equipment at the time of collection

Delivery, collection, set-up

We can provide an in-house delivery service, including collection of equipment at the end of your hire period We can set up equipment at your venue, at a time to suit you. Charges apply.
