Reprographics

Origination can take the form of hard copy or digital files, preferably pdf files. Digital files up to 20MB can be sent via email, larger files can be shared via OneDrive or brought in on a USB drive.

• Colour printing & photocopying
• Laminating: Available with a matte finish. in A4 and A3 sizes. 
• Business cards: We setup and print business cards in the University house style.
• Scanning A6 to A3.
• Folding: We can fold A4 and A3 paper/card in a variety of ways to produce booklets, leaflets, and cards. We have the facility to fold all sizes from A5 to A3 paper/card in various ways, i.e. Z fold, C Fold.
• Cutting: We can guillotine paper/card to a variety of sizes.
• Hole punching: We can hole punch A4 documents with 2, 3, or 4 holes.

We can produce a variety of publications, whether it’s a course handbook, a one-off event programme or a regular newsletter , in black & white, full colour or a mixture of both.

Posters

Available in sizes up to A0 and beyond in black & white or full colour. We have a variety of medias available for both internal and external use and are also able to mount posters up to A0 size on to 3mm foam board. 

Encapsulation

Available from A2 to A0 with a matte or gloss finish. We now also stock water & tear resistant paper as a more environmentally friendly alternative to laminating.

Roll up banners

Our banners are a great way to draw attention to your stand or event. They are complete with an aluminium base and carrying case.

Payment

We need full information on who will be paying to make sure all invoices are processed correctly.

For internal Divisions, Departments etc we require a copy of a purchase order or your department code. University of Cambridge College staff can be invoiced via their College. For external organisations, students, societies or individuals payment is due on collection by card.
