Consultants and contractors frameworks

The University of Cambridge's Estates Division has awarded places on four construction frameworks for: 

The frameworks are available to be used across the University, with a focus on supporting the academic functions provided by the Schools, Faculties and Departments.  

The frameworks provide an integrated approach to design and construction delivery for minor works and major projects, which in accordance with the Estates Division Project Delivery Manual (University Raven log-in required to access link), are categorised as:

  • Major projects – typically capital projects over the value of £3m (construction value over £1.8m)
  • Minor works – typically capital projects of low complexity and risk, under the value of £3m (construction value up to £1.8m)
