Engagement with senior leadership teams across the University
Between July and September, we invited senior leadership teams and committee members from across the University to visit the This is our place; you hold the keys exhibition which illustrates how insight from across the University was used to create a vision for how the estate could be used in the future. A total of 304 people attended over 52 sessions and their feedback has been captured to help inform the programme.
Creating the Strategic Estate Framework and 20 year capital plan
During October and November, we will work with the Reshaping our Estate Programme Board members and other senior leaders to discuss the order in which we should tackle major estates projects. We will use this to develop a Strategic Estate Framework and 20 Year Capital Plan for recommendation to General Board and University Council.

A virtual exhibition and roadshow will be open to all staff in November and December. Look out for further information shortly on how to access the virtual exhibition and dates for when the roadshow will be at a site near you.
