Hiring University Facilities
During vacation periods University lecture halls and meeting room can be hired out to external users for conferences, lectures, symposia and social functions. In term time it is sometimes possible to hire the facilities at evenings or weekends.
Check the term dates (as a guide, terms run from early October to early December, from mid-January to mid-March and from mid-April to mid-June).

How to book meeting rooms and services
Booker is a room and space booking system designed for the University and managed by the University’s Information Service (UIS). University staff can use Booker to book a range of rooms, including lecture halls and meeting rooms, as well as equipment and parking spaces.
