Planet FM is a data management tool which has the ability to hold various information and data on the University’s buildings. It is principally used by the Maintenance team to record and manage their helpdesk calls as well as all their planned and reactive maintenance assignments. The system is also used for Asset management and the Procurement team use it for information relating to all purchases and suppliers.
