Hiring University Facilities

During vacation periods many of these facilities can be hired out for conferences, lectures, symposia and social functions. In term time it is sometimes possible to hire the facilities at evenings or weekends. As a guide, terms run from early October to early December, from mid-January to mid-March and from mid-April to mid June.
